A final thought
Is there a quote, mantra, or saying you live by?
I don’t have just one quote I live by, but I try to live in a way that reflects what matters most to me; being authentic, seeking truth, living with purpose, and standing up for what I believe in, even when it’s uncomfortable. I value staying connected to my spirit, helping others, and always learning. At the heart of it all, I’m learning that being your own best friend is the foundation for everything else.
